As your birth doula my services include :

A free consultation!

Three (3) prenatal meetings in which we will discuss :

• Your health history

• The physiological process of birth

• The stages and signs of labor

• Your birth preferences, expectations, and concerns

• Your resources and support team

• Relaxation techniques

• And so much more!

Full labor support at your birth location

Two (2) postpartum meetings in which we will discuss :

• Newborn care

• Self-care

• Emotional and physical support

Email and text support throughout our time together.

Exchange : $2,800

Postpartum Doula

As your postpartum doula my services include :

A free consultation!

Postpartum planning (virtual meetings) and hourly work by morning (8-12), afternoon (1-5), and evening (5-9) shifts.

At any shift, my care can include :

• Allowing parents to sleep, shower, or get ready for the day while I care for their newborn

• Physical and emotional support as well as offering self-care practices

• Preparing nourishing meals for the person who labored

• Helping folks with feedings and milk storage

• Spending time getting to know how the parent/s are adjusting to a new family member

• And so much more!

Email and text support throughout our time together.

Exchange : $55/hour

Reproductive Health Doula

As your reproductive health doula my services include :

A free consultation!

A virtual sixty (60) minute meeting in which we can discuss any reproductive health questions or concerns related to :

• Birth Control

• Menstruation

• Fertility

• Abortion
